First Batch of Graduate Diploma in Teaching
First Batch (March 2009) of Graduate of Diploma in Teaching

Until now, barriers of time, distance, money and opportunity have often kept worthy students and professionals from getting the right education they need. Educational technology, however, is fast bridging the gap and providing much better ways and solution to educational problems. Modular Trimedia Learning is an innovative development in higher education that uses the digital audio-visual multimedia presentation, online role-model mentoring and a peer-group onsite mentoring to facilitate learning without the limitations of time or place. It is a combination of face-to-face and distance learning, therefore, complementing what is lacking in either face-to-face or purely online mode of delivery.

Modular Trimedia programs from SKPSC/SRTMC will allow a student to take classes at more flexible times and in a variety of settings, either at the comfort at home, at work during lunch break, or even while traveling on business. In essence, Modular Trimedia Program is an intelligent alternative, allowing a person to upgrade knowledge skills while fulfilling professional responsibilities.

Welcome to SKPSC/SRTMC MTL!

Sultan Kudarat Polytechnic State College (SKPSC), a state-own higher educational institution, is now Level III-A after passing through the rigid scrutiny jointly conducted by the Department of Budget and Management and the Commission on Higher Education of the Republic of the Philippines. SKPSC has obtained the second highest level in SUC Levelling surpassing most long established colleges and universities in the Philippines. From 111 state colleges and universities in the country, SKPSC is statistically considered as on the rank 14 inspite of its juvenile age.

It's existence in Thailand is recognized by the Office of the Civil Service Commission. Any country which has a bilateral relationship with the Philippines automatically recognizes a Philippine charted-state (SUC - State Universities and Colleges) own educational institution.
